Suzhou has seen robust commerce and trade since ancient times, and its consumption potential is striking.
Suzhou nearly ranks first every year in East China’s Jiangsu province and top nationwide in the sales reports of various e-commerce sprees. It reported the highest turnover in Jiangsu during this year’s JD 618 Shopping Festival.
The city has demonstrated a strong offline consumption capacity, too. Statistics show that, in 2021, Suzhou recorded 475 shopping malls, while the total in Jiangsu was 1,732.
The 3rd Double 12 Suzhou Shopping Festival has attracted 12,075 enterprises which will spare no efforts to promote their products at their stores and booths and on the country’s best e-commerce platforms.
