The art exhibition themed “Bonne Récolte” (meaning harvest), part of the first Suzhou Jinji Lake China-France Culture and Art Week that kicked off in SIP on Oct 28, opened at Northern SIP Citizen Center, SIP on Nov 12, and will last till Jan 3, 2023. It shows pictures, documents, articles and videos to lead visitors into the wonderful world of fused Chinese and French cultures.
At the exhibition, visitors can learn about many details concerning the beginning, process and outcomes of Sino-French cultural and art exchanges. There are the essays about Paris written by Jiangsu-native painter Wu Guanzhong, and also works themed harvest.
A forum themed “Getting Close to the Past and Future of Sino-French Cultural Exchanges” was held on the opening day.
