The Dushu Lake S&T Innovation Gulf Community that is being built in SIP’s Dushu Lake Science & Education Innovation Zone (DLSEIZ) is becoming an example for concentration of high-caliber international talents.
The community, with Xingtang Street, Dushu Lake, Dongfang Avenue and Dushuhu Road as its edges, covers an area of 11.58 square kilometers. The building of the community has seen remarkable progress.

The community has gathered 31 higher education institutions that are well-known home and abroad, and nine national-level research institutes and other research organizations.
For industrial development, there are the Suzhou Creative Industry Park, the biotech cluster BioBAY and other industrial clusters that are home to more than 2,000 enterprises, including 23 listed companies. Those are in addition to four national-level business incubators, 13 maker spaces, and over 30 public technical service platforms.
Moreover, the community has high-grade rental housing projects and commercial residential buildings tailored for various talents.
The Suzhou Industrial Park One-stop Service Centre for Expats offers 76 services in English, Japanese and Korean to help expatriates get used to local life.
There are also kindergartens, primary and middle schools, public parks, Suzhou Dushu Lake Hospital, Dushu Lake Theatre, Dushu Lake Sports Center, Dushu Lake Neighborhood Center, Dushu Lake Library and a number of shopping spots.
