Hengtai Holdings, a real estate conglomerate in SIP, launched a digital property management platform on Nov 11, blazing a new trail in multi-mode property development and management.
Hengtai Holdings has developed various real estate projects with a total floor area of 7.5 million square meters since its founding in SIP in 2015. Suzhou Hengtai Commercial Real Estate Co Ltd, a member within Hengtai Holdings, manages more than 20 projects in SIP, including Suzhou Center, a landmark commercial complex in SIP.
Taking Suzhou Center as an example, the digital platform integrates digital twin, Internet of things, big data and other advanced technology to realize smart management of the project, such as real-time security monitoring and energy management.
The launching ceremony was followed by a forum where the participants discussed issues concerning application of digital technology in urban development.
