        Psychological consultant shares with dads and moms tips on coping with anxiety

        At the invitation of several local authorities, Wang Haiying, a senior psychological consultant, recently shared online with over 200 dads and moms in SIP’s Fengqing Shui’an Community a set of methods that they could use to manage their mood when home-schooling their children during COVID-19 lockdown.

        In the live stream, Wang gave the viewers a detailed account of the ways of dealing with quarrels with children, controlling temper and helping children relieve stress and improve learning outcomes. She also taught the viewers to manage their emotions using emotion recognition tools, professional emotional regulation skills and abdominal breathing exercises.
