SIP Administrative Offices Administration (SIPAOA) launched a 13-session in-house training program on July 27 in a bid to help its employees improve their work abilities and skills by learning experience from their colleagues and peers.
SIPAOA revealed that the best employees at different departments have been selected as internal trainers to give lectures on equipment maintenance, environmental hygiene, administrative management and other topics under the program.
In the first session, Tang Junxi, general manager of Procurement and Warehousing Department, gave the participants a talk on management of electrical equipment and facilities in the property management sector, and exchanged with them opinions on related issues.
